Renewal is a women-only yoga and Pilates community based across Bradford and Kirklees. Our classes are intimate, welcoming, and designed with you in mind; whether you've never rolled out a mat before, you're navigating perimenopause, or you're simply ready to carve out a little time for yourself.
We offer small group classes of around 10, including seated yoga for those who need a gentler approach. Online sessions are coming in June, with wellness workshops, bi-monthly retreats, weekly wellness walks, spa days, and a book club on the way. This is a space to breathe, to move, and to grow - at your own pace, with women just like you.

I am the founder of Renewal. I am a qualified Level 3 Yoga and Mat Pilates teacher, with over a decade in teaching women in Further Education. I have seen the women who I have worked with, find confidence and evolve through their development, whether that has been in ESOL, Yoga or Pilates. This has taught me that it is important to create an open, welcoming and safe space for women. When women feel supported and seen, they thrive - not just academically, but mentally and physically too.
I wanted to start a wellness brand that represents myself, aligns with my values and experiences. I see myself and my mother in many of the women I teach. I bring everything I learned as an educator — the patience, the dedication, the encouragement — into every class. I would like my students to leave classes feeling stronger, calmer, and comfortable in their own body. Renewal will allow me to continue my passion for teaching wellness in its different forms. Yoga and Pilates have outlined the importance of health and exercise during challenging moments in my life, which can often be neglected in the South Asian community. I found myself caring for my mother in my early twenties, gently encouraging her to move, to prioritise herself. We could have only hoped to have a wellness space during that time.
This is my vision for Renewal. I am not just teaching movement - I aim to facilitate change that matters to me personally. I am looking forward to having you part of the Renewal community!
